Drum recordings done!

The first session, the drum recordings of our new music, was completed at Sound Supreme studio in Hämeenlinna! The session was done under the ears and eyes of Janne Saksa, a well-known Finnish audio engineer, producer, mixer for bands such as Korpiklaani, Turisas, Stam1na, Mokoma etc.

For our 2024 album (Karn of Burnings) Janne recorded drums, re-amped the guitars and mixed the whole thing with so impressive results that we had no really any other choice for the person who could do it also this time! Plus Janne is really one of nicest guys in the business and a true professional.

What comes to tech specs, the drums were recorded with 10 mono and 3 stereo mics. Majority of the drum gear was recorded with Kumu Drums, which is a small Finnish family business making high-quality drums by hand.

The end result is brilliant!!

Start of the drum recordings 2026!

Dear druidesses and druids,

We will start the drum recordings of our next musical venture on 20 August 2026 at Sound Supreme recording studio in Hämeenlinna under the professional metal wings of sound engineer Janne Saksa (Korpiklaani, Ensiferum, Mokoma, Rotten Sound etc.).
